Dave also has had a exciting career. Working his way up from press to design then into Advertising. He has worked on Ad campaigns that was seen in Newsweek, Time, and even MAD Magazine. He had a small stint in even doing movie promotions!
His passion has always been animation, even when he was a kid he would make flip books. Mostly about monsters eating people in a very Calvin and Hobbes-esque style. This passion was rekindled when he worked on the now defunct company 'Magic Hat Software' and the MMORPG "Irth Online" This was a fantastic experience since he learned how NOT to run a game business and it really solidified his passion in Animation and game design.
From here Dave has been involved in a few other game companies and had good experiences and bad but couldn't find anyone with the interest and drive for making games that he had. But through the Wisconsin chapter of IGDA, he found The Lost Muffins. A group of people who were as passionate about gaming as he.... Oh, and they could put up with his incredibly bizarro sense of humor without killing him.
