Oracle resides on the Ice Planet Aurelia. It is a sentient database that contains the information from all different galactic civilizations. Its primary functions are to organize, retrieve, store, and protect the information contained in its memory. It has a very close relationship with the inhabitants of Apollo University. The oracle even contains secret information about ancient civilizations. Due to it's value, the Oracle and the ice planet it inhabits are considered neutral territory for all species.
